You profile looks new to me, are you refering to Freelancer of Client account? Plus, there are many circumstances which can lead your account to suspend. You need to find it out by yourslef by contacting Upwork support.
I see Customer Support advised you on a few tickets in 2012 that you need to complete ID verification in order for your account to be resumed. Feel free to reopen any of those tickets if you have any additional questions and note that you can't use your Freelancer account for advertising your Agency or team.
