Account Retrieval

Hi!  My sibling is new in Upwork and was not able to log in using his email. It says username error but he never changed it ever since he had his account set up.  We tried to log in using Google but still can't log in, error says they can't find an account linked to the email. Is there a chance that his account was already deleted?  

We will appreciate all the help we can get. Thank you!

Please note that for privacy reasons, we cannot share information about another’s user’s account which we hope you understand. Could you please ask them to contact us directly on any social media they prefer and we will be happy to help?

Don't worry there are no rules violated in this matter.
I was just reaching out to you guys since he cannot log in to upwork
community but he didn't share his log ins with me.
