Account Status & Upwork Terms

I have a question about Upwork terms.

In my portfolio case studies, I provide contact info like my email, LinkedIn, and the Upwork profile link. I consider that is just a behavior for building a personal brand not a way to invite clients outside Upwork. I also share these case studies everywhere on social media, so I consider it as a way to direct clients from social media to Upwork in the end.

Is it accepted or not?

Please take a look at the portfolio to get what I mean. Or look at the attached sample particularly the last pages.

Another question, why my Upwork account status is still private for more than 7 days although I have submitted a request and nothing happened?

No, that is forbidden and can cost you your account.

Did you request it correctly by clicking on the green button on this page?

Yes, I did it 2 times during 7 days, and nothing is changed.
