I was completing my initial sign up as a freelancer - I had put in my name, email, skills, etc, and have verified my email address. I was completing the professional summary and education sections of the profile applilcation - I had not yet submitted - when I received an email stating that my account was suspended permanently due to a Terms of Service violation.
I'm convinced this must have been some sort of mistake, as I had not even completed my initial application, let alone actually used the service long enough to violate something.
Please unlock my account and inform me what triggered this suspension.
