Account Suspended after video verification

Hello,

I been a few months back, I had a video verification. I have waited for months to receive the verification result, but not received it yet. Today, I have checked my profile and it says suspended. Not sure why it happened. Please help me. I need work badly for earining money for myself and my few month old daughter.
