Account Suspended

3 Days ago my profile was suspended. Somehow, my profile reinstated by the Upwork.
Upwork asked that the suspension was due to my recent client.
He hired me on high rates. 
I did his work. I was working on his project and my profile and the contract got suspended.
It might be due to the client. He might be a scammer.
But the question is, why my profile was suspended?
I followed the Rules of Upwork. I didn't communicated with the client off the Upwork.

What was the reason behid this suspension?
What are the factors which should we follow?
Anyone can get to be hired by a scammer, but what is our fault?

Anyone can get to be hired by a scammer, but what is our fault? 

Not quite. There is rarely an excuse to not be vigilant and apply common sense.
