I haven’t used my account in forever. I updated my info and account still shows suspended. Do I just wait? Or can someone manually fix it? Thanks!

Waiting may have no effect.
If it was me, personally, I would try to contact Upwork Customer Support with a ticket or through the Forum and ask if there is anything else that I need to do in order to have my account be un-suspended.
