Account Suspended

Hi there,

 

I got an email from Upwork saying that my profile is now live and I'm all set up to submit proposals for projects I am targeting. However, whenever I submit a proposal, I get an error saying my account is suspended. I never received any notification/email about my account being suspended. Can you help me please? **Edited for community guidelines**

 

I am using this account to be able to submit a ticket. I am unable to submit a ticket using my main account.

 

It seems like there is a glitch.

Hi Bryne,

 

The issue with your account should be fixed now, we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Please be reminded that Upwork does not allow users to have multiple freelancer accounts. Please close this new account in order not to violate Upwork's TOS.
