Account Suspended

I have logged into my account after a few months of inactivity. There's this message that keeps popping up that says "your account has been suspended, contact customer service". I have checked my inbox for notifications explaining the reason why my account was suspended but there isn't any. How can I "activate" my account so that I can start applying for jobs?

Hello,
thanks for the fast response. Two things:
1st. There seems to be a problem with Upwork's "Help" section, as
everything I do redirects me to the main "Help" site, even the link you
shared with me. I had to take a screenshot really quick to be able to read
the message about the multiple accounts.

2nd. What do you guys mean when you say I have two accounts? Is it even
possible to create an additional account using the same email address?
Whatever the case, how do I fix it? I didn't even know I had another Upwork
account.

Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re able to access your ticket?
