Account Suspended

Hi there. My account has been suspended and I don't know why. I've had it at least since 2018 and after a long period of inactivity, I reactivated my account recently. I haven't been able to submit any proposals in that time and haven't seen any prompts for what to do on this matter. The banner notifying me says I should contact customer support but I haven't been able to make any headway in the places it's directed me to either. Could I please receive some assistance with this?
