Account Suspension ( Temporary Account Hold)

Hello there,
I need help.
I have received an email today from that your Account got temporary hold so you can't start contract or submit proposals. You agreed to make payment outside the Upwork. To reinstate your account, reply with this email copy paste and send it.
I did sent. Please tell me when my account will reinstate? Is that possible?

Hi Mahrukh,

 

It looks like you've followed up with our team and your account was already reinstated. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue on your end? Let us know if the issue persists.
