Account Suspension no answer

My Upwork account was suddenly suspend for no reason they asked me t give me my verification again so i gave but it has been 5 days and there is no reply i have created but no one responds to the ticket can some one help me out

Hi Nikola, there is still no reply from the team. My account is suspended I have done everything they asked  they have verified my documents, but I don't know why the system of Upwork is detecting that I am using a proxy of the united kingdom, which I am definitely not using at all I have told them it my due to ISP  as I use a shared internet connection but i have got no reply so i need help with my account suspension could you please have it resolved as soon as possible
