Account Suspension

My account was suspended for unknown reasons, I am ready to submit my govt IDs to verify my authenticity, please help me out  -- I got this mail from Upwork

My account was suspended, I contacted upwork help and they provided me a link to verify my identity, I submitted all my details and it showed " my profile eill be reviewed in 24hours" it's been more than 24 hours yet I have not received any communication or my account has been reinstated, please help
