Can someone please tell me the status of my ticket? It doesn't seem to be moving. My account got locked on Saturday night, and on Sunday they asked me to resubmit because my documents weren't done right. It's been over 24 hours from Sunday and approaching 48 hours from the first lock on Saturday.

Hey I'm not sure why I'm still waiting. Is there anything else needed? Can I get a refund for the plan that I bought? I made the mistake of buying the $15 plan with my brother's Paypal account. Not only do I now realize that's a violation of Paypal's ToS but that might also be a problem here.
