Our Account has been on hold from the last few days due to Profile Picture mismatch . For the same as instructed we had done succesfully the Verification Video Chat as well as uploaded all the necessary documents for account identification too. So right now its showing some other message
Financial transactions for Unnikrishnan Adsolutions (18066639) have been limited
And we are stuck with our process completely . From last 6 months we are paying for the member subscription and right now we was working on a project too . Now we are completely stuck with the process and every chat we are instructed to wait for the email with steps to follow and still now nothing has been received to us.

I have a problem verifying my account too. it is more than a week since I uploaded the necessary documents to verify my account and it is still pending. There is no wizard through which I reupload and I am now confused because I would have been verified within three days.

3 days before I have submitted my Passport and Bank Statement for ID verification and one of your executive **edited for Community Guidelines** inform that I will receive an email from the team regarding the ID verification completion, But till now I have not received any email from upwork team, Please send me the email as soon as possible, Since from the last six months i was paying for membership subscription as well. Now I am unable to bid new projects in Upwork. So I request you to please do the needfull.
