Hi Upwork Community,
I'm reaching out here in hopes of reaching the support team, as there’s no direct support email or phone contact available.
Despite being a paid member, I’m still unable to verify my account, which is preventing me from applying for projects.
My account information, payment details, and Tax ID (DE) are all up-to-date, so I’m unsure why verification remains incomplete.
Could someone from support please clarify what additional steps are needed to resolve this?
