Account blocked due to ID identification delay...

Hi, I had some problems completing my ID verification. My account was blocked and my profile was down. The client thought I had abandoned the project. He canceled the contract and after we talking, we decided to reactivate the contract. Thats is little mizunderstood but i need help plis.
