I have a friend who started to work on upwork but after complete video verify, Upwork suspended the account. And told that he can't apply for new job and can continue running job. And after some hours he got again action requeired for video verification. But account somtimes showing financial in overview section and sometimes showing suspended. At this time how can he make withdraw "as financial account"?

Also she tried to communicate with support privately. But they didn't any replied.
