My profile image doesn’t adhere to our Identity and Contractor Profiles policy. oDesk team send a ticket for me but I don't know how responding ticket. Please help me??????

First thing to do would be to sort out the image. You're not allowed logos; the image has to be of you and you're not allowed to be wearing sunglasses for some reason. You are allowed to not have an image, so maybe deleting whatever you have there would be simplest. Once you've made your image kosher, go to support (help and support, under the question mark on the top right of the page); tell them you've fixed it and ask for your account to be reinstated.

Welcome. Now you just wait, poking support if you think it's taking too long. Try to keep any poking to the same support ticket though...if you open new tickets for the same issue it just confuses and slows everything down. Good luck.
