Account got suspended randomly

Hi,

 

I was just about to try to create a direct contract using upwork.

And when I tried to send the contract, I got a notification saying "Your account is suspended, you cannot proceed."

Why am I experiencing this ? What have I done ? 
I'm confused.

Is it normal that when I click the link that's supposed to redirect me to my tickets, I find nothing?
