If my freelancer account who is working with me his account is suspended, shall I ask him to send his collegue/brother profile link in Upwork chat?

Does that affect his collegue profile, if I send direct offers?

His collegue/brother's account will promptly join him on the suspended list if your plan is to keep working with that freelancer through someone else's account.

Any overlap of an account with a suspended account tends to be a shortcut to suspension.
