Account has been suspended.

Hello, Upwork Community!

My account has suspended and Upwork asked me to do ID verification.

I DID! 

But that was about a week ago but I got no response from Upwork yet.

Anyone who has experience with this? 

Looking forward to hearing any tips or advice so that I can move forward with my Upwork business.
