I tried to open my upwork account as bookkeeping service provider on 27/03/2021. Unfortunately, it didn't get approved. Meantime, I accessed to my account from 2 computers (My home PC & My workplace PC). However, on 28/03/2021 I received a mail from Upwork customer support stating that there were some irregular activities happened in my account. That is why I need to send verification document via the secret verification link which were provided in the mail & it was also warned that if I couldnot verify my account within 5 days my account may get permanent ban. I sent the verification documents accordingly on that day (28/03/21).
Now, it's about 2 days but I haven't received any feedback from upwork customer service yet. what should I do now? Could someone please help me out.
