Account locked up and I cannot withdraw my earnings

Hello, Upwork community. Please help me. My account was recently locked because of my many attempts to answer my security question. How can I withdraw my earnings if my account was locked and I do not have access to my payoneer account linked to my payment option? Please help me. Thank you.
