Hello

when I add my payment method to withdraw earnings.

when you ask me for the account number you mean the IBAN number right?

and it should be entered without spaces

Hi Mohammad,

If you are getting a field to input your account number while trying to add a payment method, then you should add your account number there. If some other field requires an IBAN number, the label text will state as such.

so I added the account number without the default dashes so Upwork system could accept it just numbers

We can't confirm if the number you entered is correct or not. You can check with your bank for more information about that. They should be able to help you out.
