I tried to make an offer and the freelancer said my account was on hold. I tried to bot and it said I should have received a notification or email which I did not. I tried to verify my billing info and it said to contact customer support. Can anyone help?

I have the same problem. I think it might be because I cropped my Driver's license picture to just be the ID. It is valid though. I just need my account to be taken out of the hold status so I can start some new projects.
Please go ahead and click on a job that you would like to send a proposal to that is U.S only. At the top of the page you should see a notification asking you to contact customer support with a green link. If you go ahead and click the link, it should allow you to create a ticket directly to customer support so that they can help you resolve your verification issue.
