I'm experiencing the same issue, I have uploaded my ID but the system wouldn't recognize it. I haven't been contacted to verify ID. Now work is on hold until Upwork allows me to post new Milestones.

Hope someone could help

The beast thing you can do is get their customer support on the phone and have them send you a specialized link to submit the verification data they need. Hope that helps.

Where can I find upwork's phone number? My account was put on hold till I verify my identity and because my identity was already verified 2 months ago there is no link available for me to do a video call - I have an identity badge already! Please help!
