I recently hired my first talent through the platform and wanted to hire more help after the first. However when I sent the offers, both individuals that I was trying to hire told me they got a message saying "the client's account has been temporarily suspended".
I never got a notification that my account was suspended, and when I submitted a ticket, I got an email back from Upwork saying that my account isn't suspended. I am unsure what the issue is and why my hires are seeing that my account is suspended, but I am not.
