Account on hold- Financial transactions

Hello,

 

My account is still on hold due to Terms of Service infraction, although I have replied the email I received yesterday. 

Moreover, there is an indication on the top of the page stating "Financial transactions have been limited". The paying method I have used is valid and there was not any failed charge.

 

Could you please resolve the issue?
