Account on hold (ID Verification process)

Hello, my account put on hold due to id verification. I want to verify my account now, but can not do that due tu verification section did not show up. Need assistance on this. Thank you for you kind reply.

Regarding the verification, I checked and it doesn't look like you are required to complete any verification process at the moment. The team will let you know if there is a need for any verification process in the future.
