I would like to confirm that we have different verification processes here on Upwork. As noted in Section 1.6 Identity and Location Verification of the User Agreement, "...when requested, you must timely provide us with complete information about yourself and your business, which includes, but is not limited to, providing official government or legal documents. During verification, some Account features may be temporarily limited. When verification is successfully completed, Account features will be restored."
Kindly refer to Ticket #28385272 for more information on how you can complete your account verification.
