Account on hold

I had an interview to verify my account on Sunday April 26 but still  is not done and it is on hold, I was told it takes up to 48 hours and I need to get it done ASAP.

My account is not on hold yet. But i have been trying to connect with an agent to verify my identity via phone instead. I have the Google meet app already installed. I have clicked on the chat button in my profile but it always takes me to the Help section instead. I just want this done and over with. How can I connect with an agent as soon as possible? There's so much delay at your end.
