Account placed on hold

Hello, Upwork community,

 

My account was placed on hold yesterday at 3:05 (request #27371847). I reached out to an Upwork team member **Edited for Community Guidelines**via e-mail and on the site at 11:15 yesterday. So, more than a day passed, and I still haven't received an answer. I don't know, what is the issue with my profile because it wasn't specified in the letter. I hope for your help in solving this issue because I am seriously interested in building my career on Upwork.
