Account reactivation

so ive been a big fan and a bona fide member of upwork since beore it renamed and ive had my ups and downs here. all i can say is am grateful. But then came 2017 and someone hacked my account. then it just disappeared. Been trying to get it back since but its been frozen. Is there a way i can get it back or i should just count my losses and skedaddle? because ive tried to open a new account but to no success at all. can someone help?

Yes, i'd like for my old account,**Edited for Community Guidelines**, reactivated. It would really
help my current financial situation. I will close the account as soon as
possible.
