Account status shows Inactive

I added my bank account for payments and also verified based on the deposit made by Upwork in my bank account.

The status of my Payment Method in Get Paid section shows 'Inactive'.

Please advice.

Hi Urvashi, 

It looks like you are yet to provide your Form W9 information on your account. Please go to your account Settings > Tax Information, and fill out the W9 form so that your payment method's status becomes active. Here's more information on filing your Form W9 for your reference.
