Account status suspended last year and I can't find email anymore. Last notification reads "As per checking here, I can see that you have already done the ID verification process and your account was resumed from that suspension. However, our records show that your account is put on hold as you have $5.56 in your Upwork account, and that there’s been no activity on the account for over 180 days."
I then withdrew the amount and the Request #25879245 is resolved. But the account is still suspended. Please help.
