Hi!
I created an account here while it was an oDesk 5 years ago. But never had a chance to use it and it got suspended. Is there a way to make it work again? I completed my profile. Also can a moderator change my name? Cause spelling differs from my passport.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Kindly, follow up on your ticket that our team sent you to remove the temporary hold on your account. As for your name change request, kindly follow up on these steps in order to submit a name change request:
- Click on the picture in the upper-right corner and go to Settings.
- On the Contact Info page, click "Edit" next to "Account" (screenshot) and enter your real legal first and last names.
- Click "Update".
You may be contacted by Upwork team and asked to complete ID verification.

OK, thanks for your help.
I was able to change my name, but status of that ticket is "solved" and I don't see any actions that I can take. Sorry, may be I don't understand something.
