Account suspended + Financial transactions limited

Account suspended

 

My account is suspended and i get the following error when i open my account:

The message tells me that i received more additional information on my email but i did not received anything. I wait for more then 4 days right now without a single explanation why my account got suspended. Is there anyone that can help me or send me the additional information.
