Account suspended, I followed the steps to lift it. Haven't gotten a reply back

Hello. I was already verified, and now I have been suspended. I followed the steps to lift my suspension, and haven't gotten a reply back since. I have an active contract and this is a huge inconvenience for me. Is there anyone that can help me in my situation? It has been a full day.
