Hello.
After my first successful upwork contract, I had to verify my identity. I uploaded a picture of my passport, then spoke with a gentlemen on video call to confirm it was really me. My account was then placed on hold, and now it is suspended. Interestingly, it shows as my identity has been successfuly confirmed.
I'm seemingly unable to find a way to contact upwork, other htan posting here.
Please advise.
