Account suspended and can't even contact Customer Support

Hey. A friend of mine with username **Edited for Community Guidelines** got his account suspended. He is continuously trying to get it back. But whenever he tries to either contact Customer Support or create a Topic here, he simply could not do that. What he says is when he clicks on the link for the relevant action, it just redirects back to his profile again and again. He mailed customer support explicitly explaining all the matter. But they haven't replied since for even a single time. What he can do about this matter?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to discuss your friend's account suspension here in the Community. I checked, however, and see that Upwork team has sent him notifications about the initial suspension of his account as well as the outcome of his appeal. Please, refer him to those email notifications.
