Account suspended and then limited?

I was once a freelancer for Odesk years ago. I am now trying to work again but I keep getting a message saying my account is suspended. The bot will only tell me to look into emails, but I don't have any. Help?

Good morning,
           I do not have access to the previous email used for Odesk/Upwork. I updated it last week to my current email address. The notifications from years ago involved issues with the genre's in my bio, and have also been updated. Who to notify at this point?
