Account suspended because did some work on photoshop for a client

My account was suspended because I updated a document in photoshop for a client.

My question is will this affect my JSS 

Also I opened a ticket but is sitting there open and I confirmed that I will follow the Upwork Policy and to be honest I even didn t know that I'm doing anything wrong. 

How can I contact Upwork faster to re-activate my account?
