Account suspended due to multiple accounts

I had a account in 2016 but never used it almost forgot its credentials and details made new in 2021 and now its suspended since march and upwork says its due to multiple accounts. i want my new account back and i have evne replied to upwork email and even apeealed.

It's always best to read the instructions before using - if you had read the rules and regs which were in place even in 2016, you would have seen that it's against Upwork's terms of service for freelancers to have more than one account.  But who knows, they may be lenient this time around.
