Account suspended for no reason

My account has been suspended and I don't know why.

I keep all my work as well as all payments within the platform. I haven't violated any UpWork rules.

My only sin is a bad review, there were a miscommunication problem, but I contacted the client and asked to change the review in exchange for reworking their project. 

 

Have no idea what;s happening and what to do.

Does anybody can tell me how else I can contact support?

For I have made a request (#18839738) and nobody answers.

 

It's time to panic?

Based on what you've described here, it sounds like maybe the client reported you for attempting to manipulate feedback.

 

Sometimes the moderators here wave their magic wands and speed up the response process on those support tickets, so hopefully you'll get an official response soon

If the client's feedback is even FAINTLY accurate then yes, coupled with the attempt to blackmail the client to get what they paid for (the finished work, not a rough watermarked draft) if they change the feedback, it probably is time to panic...

Got in touch with him, he confirmed that it is due to his complaint.
But he told that he has retracted it so we have obtained consensus.

He mailed to support that everything is Ok, and we good.

Hope it will work
