Account suspended for no reason

Hello,

I'm reaching out regarding an issue for a friend of mine who's account was disabled for no reason.

He's been a top-rated freelancer on Upwork for 2 years, but his account was suddenly suspended. Upwork sent him a message**Edited for community guidelines**. But according to him, he never used a VPN or a Proxy.

They required him to verify his documents again. so he uploaded his ID and bank statement. But after uploading them, Upwork sent him a message **Edited for community guidelines**
