Account suspended, no explanation

Hello! My account has been suspended. I had only one contract, on which I have not delivered, and haven't visited UpWork since. All my info is verified. There is no reason for suspension listed on the page, nor did I get an e-mail explaining the suspension. What can I do? Thank you!
