Account suspended permanently.

Few days back I received a mail from upwork in which they have asked me to upload identification documents to verify upwork account identity and I uploaded one of my identity proof issued by government. Now upwork has suspended my account citing reason that they couldn't verify the uploaded document. Please help me to get back my upwork account live.
