I couldn't get why my account has been suspended. I checked for the emails but I couldn't find one saying my account has been suspended and the reason why.
I had a video chat with an operator but the problem's still there.
How can I manage it?

Hello i wanted to revive my account in here and i made it 4, 5 years ago when this was oDesk and my account has been suspended but i dont have a way to reactivate it. What steps should i take? i cant cancel my account either. If any admin could review it or send me a new ticket i would to be able to be part of this site.

Upon checking, you need to update your profile photo to one that shows just your face and no more of your body than your neck and shoulders. Also, please revise your overview. In general, your overview should use complete sentences and clearly describe your skills and expertise. The skills noted should be related to your title. My friend's account **Edited for Community Guidelines** was suspended recently and he can't understand what should he do now.
He was experiencing a problem while creating his account, his e-mail and some other information was saved improperly during the registration, so he had to change a lot of data after the registration process. Maybe it caused his account to become suspended.

My account has been suspended temporarily, and I haven't received any notification email for it. As per Luca's case I belive a account verification is required on my end. So please guide me through the process of verification.
