Account suspended

Hi,

I couldn't get why my account has been suspended. I checked for the emails but I couldn't find one saying my account has been suspended and the reason why.

I had a video chat with an operator but the problem's still there.
How can I manage it?

My account has also suspended! I don't know why can you please guide me why my account has been suspended and how to recover it, Today I've approved my identity and got a badge and after 10 hours my account is suspended! Why?

My account has also been suddenly suspended after the creation of my first client job. There was no reasoning besides an email saying that I had breached the terms of service.

 

I do not understand how I could have possibly breached ToS when I had only been registered for 5 min.

This is my personal Upwork account and its showing suspended, I am a digital nomad and in past 4 years I have been located in 3 different countries. Is it this suspension because of this reason. I would request to please help me solve this issue.

I can not accept all my data in by the your rules, because I stuck in the small province in Cambodia. There is no banks offices end etc. Please help me to find any other solution.

I have a small difference in spelling my name and surname in my Ukrainian ID card and international passport and bank accont. difference in spelling the letter G (according to Ukrainian law, the letter G was changed to the letter H in my name in Ukrainian ID)

Actually, she is unable to login into her account with her email id from today. She told me that her account was on temporary hold for the video verification. After she did her video verification, she is getting the message username is incorrect. What should she do to reactivate her account. She doesn't even know what happened to her account.

 

That could happen to me as well someday, what is the possible solution.

My Account was suspended but I don't know why this happened. Upwork Trust & Safety Team told me that they would back up my account if I would upload id and financial doc files. So I did but they did not reply. Please help me to work on...
